i. New shirts voted on by officers, long sleeve ordered. Grey with silver buttons and gold buttons for supervisors
· Police Executive Leadership College SJN 2010
i. Sgt. Niehauser will attend in April

i. Sgt. McDaniel will attend this 10 week school starting in April. Will try to attend satellite office in placeCityColumbus.

· Earnings tax is down $210,000 from budget.
· Workers Comp.- Ohio Municipal League is changing Administrator to Comp Management

i. George will get last months statement from Duke and get them to John for review.
· Health Care Discussion- due to time constraints, tabled until Nov meeting
